Here’s what you’ll get in your quarter share of premium, frozen, and vacuum-sealed beef:

40% Ground Beef: Blended to a perfect 80% lean, 20% fat ratio, ideal for everything from burgers to tacos, all packaged in convenient 1 pound vacuum sealed or packaged in plastic packages similar to sausage packages from the grocery store.

25% Steaks: Including Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, Top Round, Flank, and Skirt — these steaks come from cattle raised the right way, ensuring tenderness and flavor with every bite.

35% Savory Slow-Cook Cuts: chuck roast, round roast, and stew meat that’s perfect for slow-cooked, family-friendly meals — the kind that bring everyone together around the table.

250 servings-Feeds a family for 3-4 months!

The deposit amount of $839.99 represents approximately half of the total purchase price. The target weight for your quarter share is 100 pounds. Our cattle vary in size, and the final weight of your order may be more or less than the 100 pound target. Once your animal is processed and we know the final weight, we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance.
Shipping & Refund Policy

Delivery typically takes about 1-4 months from the time of deposit. The longer lead times are dependent on when the animals are ready for harvest. We will contact you after deposit is received with an estimated date of delivery.

All deposits are non-refundable. It's important to understand that by reserving your share of beef from our herd your deposit is used to plan the buying, raising, and purchasing of your beef for you.
