Whole Share Premium Beef-DEPOSIT ONLY

Whole beef portion of premium raised and finished on forage beef.  Approximately 400 pounds of premium frozen and vacuum sealed beef including:

• 40% Ground Beef: Blended to a perfect 80% lean, 20% fat ratio, ideal for everything from burgers to tacos, all packaged in convenient 1 pound vacuum sealed or packaged in plastic packages similar to sausage packages from the grocery store.
• 25% Steaks: Including Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, Top Round, Flank, and Skirt — these steaks come from cattle raised the right way, ensuring tenderness and flavor with every bite.
• 35% Savory Slow-Cook Cuts: Brisket, chuck roast, round roast, and stew meat that’s perfect for slow-cooked, family-friendly meals — the kind that bring everyone together around the table.
• 1000 servings-Feeds a family for 9-12 months!

The deposit amount of $3099 represents approximately half of the total purchase price.   Our cattle vary in size, and the final weight of your order may be more or less than the 400 pound target.    Once your animal is processed and we know the final weight, we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance.
